The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Trenton Police Department are investigating the shooting that occurred Sunday night in the city, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri said.
At approximately 8:10 p.m., the Mercer County Homicide Task Force responded to Donnelly Homes, on Willow Avenue, on a report of shots fired.
Police located one victim, Shaquan Brown. He was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center for treatment. He was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly thereafter, Onofri said.
Two other victims were located with gunshot wounds to the leg, he said.
No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
